Today around noon UTC, the main database behind the Your Freedom system has been replaced by a more powerful model. The whole process should have gone mostly unnoticed, however there is a small chance that some user accounts or purchases made during the cut-over may have been lost. If you are affected, please contact support and we'll sort it out.
But now for the good news. All the problems seen in the last days should now be gone. Your Freedom has simply been too successful and grown too fast, and the structures and systems set up for a smaller scale scenario were simply unable to cope. While we have added server power on the connectivity side in the last weeks, the backend stuff simply could not put up anymore with the workload.
During the next days the fallback infrastructure will be upgraded as well. This should go completely unnoticed.
